All physical print purchases made through Brisk Haven Photography are processed, produced, and fulfilled by ShootProof and its affiliated professional print labs. By purchasing physical products through ShootProof, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Third-Party Processing and Fulfillment

All aspects of the transaction are managed by ShootProof, including:

  • Secure payment processing

  • Order submission

  • Professional printing

  • Packaging and handling

  • Shipping and delivery

  • Applicable taxes and fees

Brisk Haven Photography and Christopher Smith do not print, ship, or fulfill physical orders directly.

2. Order Issues and Customer Support

If you experience any issues with your order, including:

  • Printing defects

  • Color or quality concerns

  • Damaged items

  • Lost, delayed, or undelivered shipments

  • Incorrect items

  • Payment or billing problems

  • Tax-related questions

you must contact ShootProof Support or the print lab referenced in your order confirmation.

Brisk Haven Photography is not responsible for resolving these matters and cannot issue refunds, replacements, or order adjustments for print orders.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Timelines

All shipping methods, delivery schedules, and tracking information are managed solely by ShootProof and its print partners. Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Location

  • Carrier delays

  • Seasonal volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Production times

Brisk Haven Photography cannot guarantee delivery estimates or shipping speeds.

4. Refunds and Returns for Physical Prints

All refund, return, or replacement requests for physical products must be made directly through ShootProof.
Brisk Haven Photography is not able to process:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Credits

  • Cancellations

  • Refunds for print orders

All such decisions are governed by ShootProof’s own policies.

5. Pricing and Taxes

Print product pricing on ShootProof is set by Brisk Haven Photography, but:

  • Taxes

  • Shipping fees

  • Lab production fees

are calculated and collected by ShootProof.

Any tax-related questions must be directed to ShootProof.
